Edmonton Quartet cover art

I write advertising copy, HTML, poems, and short stories. In my creative writing I discuss themes of identity, institutional and systemic racism, and suicide. I am currently working on my second novel, 25,000 words in, tentatively titled, “Just The Tip.” Watch for it in about ten years. “This book is but draught—nay, but the draught of a draught. Oh, Time, Strength, Cash, and Patience!” – Melville, Moby Dick.

My first, “Edmonton Quartet” is a 115,000 word novel that examines Canadian systemic racism, and how the discourse enables the on-going genocide. My influences and signposts include Moses, St. John, Rabelais, Cervantes, Melville, Hemingway, Joyce, Durrell, Pynchon, and Samuel R. Delaney.

My writing is self-published and available through paypal. Support your local artist.
